Established in January 2004 Marcoms Factory ever since is lead by ist owner Antje Brauers. After she got her masters Antje moved to Los Angeles and lived there from 1988-89. After she came back to Frankfurt, she started her career with an interniceship in the hotel business, followed by several years in the tourism industry and airline business. Here she covered several marketing positions.

In 1999 Antje moved to a complete different market and changed her business field to telecommunication.
Next to that she started to study marketing. When she got her masters she moved into marketing management positions in 2000 and topped her career with starting her own agency in 2004.

Marcoms Factory is a very successful event agency with quite some considerable clients.
